Direct snap to the RB who then playactions the read option with the “QB”. The QB then becomes the lead blocker for the WR shovel pass coming behind him from the tight WR. Gives you the same alignment and look of the basic motion option play. Low risk play though b/c if WR drops the ball it’s just an incomplete pass not a fumble.
