Flood the cover 3 or 2 with to many WRs to cover.  A roll out to the left with your first read being the 5 yard out.  The corner will likely be gone with the deep route one on one.  If the saftey stays back then the backside dig will be your likely throw (against cover 3).  Against cover 2 the deep ball down the sideline will be the first read.  The left corner will have to chose one of the outs to cover leaving the other a window of opportunity if the ball is drilled in.
